New Saddle-New Beginnings For My Butt

Yesssss
It came in its box, I opened it, and took off to the barn. I got my pony out, who was having a little vacation over at Prisoner and Papa's place, and gently placed it on.

Just look at it.
MAGIC.

My tailbone was happy. My butt was happy. My legs were happy. Soooooo nice.
Fun fall evening.
We walked and trotted and cantered around. It made my position happy. The BO took a seat on it and her husband immediately yelled for us to get her off of it right away. Then, of course, we had to test the beast over jumps.
Nice booty on that horse.

Raised that darn jump.

Well hello little cwd toting giraffe.
It was so nice to be able to not have to work so hard on my position over a jump. I didn't have to fight the saddle. The saddle worked with me. That made me able to try different releases and focus on the next jump ahead.
Flying giraffe.

Saddle keeps me in a pocket.

Trying to look for the next jump.

Trying a little automatic release.

I really really like my new saddle.
It's a unicorn!
Linds took it out for a spin too, on the Bacon! She hasn't ridden Bacon since she started her for racing on the track. It was great to be able to see my horse go around, and with an actually good rider instead of an unknowledgable one.
Love the trees!

Counter bend.

A little black and white action.

Go Linds go!
